Designed for HR professionals looking to simplify the confusion of AI, we’ll dive into automation, and hands-on exercises to help you build confidence with AI tools. Whether you're just starting or refining your approach, you'll gain practical takeaways and a deeper understanding of how AI can enhance your work.

The purpose of this session is to connect with new people, explore AI's role in HR, and leave with practical insights you can apply immediately.

Following this session, the Culture First Community will be hosted a pre kickoff session to spark genuine connections and set the tone for an incredible Transform 2025 experience. After the session, we’ll all walk over together to the Transform opening kickoff reception (5-7pm), so you’ll have a group to join and continue building connections.
