Discuss Culture Amp's latest research with fellow community members.
Join us for an interactive session where we’ll dive into Culture Amp’s newest research report, The Science of Sustainable High Performance. Think of it as a book report on the latest research — with actionable insights on building a culture of high performance that doesn’t burn you or your team out.
We’ll discuss key findings from the research, such as the small percentage of employees sustaining high performance over multiple performance cycles, and how being a high performer isn't necessarily a characteristic trait, but the other determining factors. We’ll also break down why leadership is a multiplier when it comes to employees who work for high-performing leaders. You'll also hear how some of our global chapter leads are interpreting the report.
After the research discussion, we’ll break into focused groups to explore how we can apply these insights in our work, whether it’s for our own professional growth, our teams, or at the organizational level (for those in HR).
This session is educational and interactive, and will feature breakout rooms for in-depth discussions. Even if you’re unable to join the breakouts, we encourage you to attend the session and contribute your thoughts.
You don’t want to miss this opportunity to gain actionable insights on sustaining high performance — without the burnout.
