About this event

If you are looking for unique, data-driven ways to measure, sustain, and scale your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization in 2021 and beyond, we have a simple and 100% virtually enabled way for you to make that happen.

During this 90-minute session, you will experience a digitized and totally anonymous version of the Walk of Privilege exercise which is designed to help you develop a deeper sense of empathy by reflecting on your own identity and the lived experiences of others through the lens of privilege and marginalization.

Sign up now to experience and reimagine what DEI technology can look like. You will leave this session with a practical understanding of how to develop, drive, and measure:

  • Self-Awareness: A deeper understanding of privilege and marginalization and the importance of being an ally to others.
  • Group-Awareness: A new understanding of how to facilitate difficult conversations around inclusion and equity within teams and cohorts.
  • Organizational-Awareness: A data-driven tool for your company, school, or non-profit to impact senior-level decision-making and take your DEI efforts to the next level.

This event is perfect for HR professionals, Chief Diversity Officers (or equivalent), in-house DEI practitioners and 3rd party consultants/trainers, ERG leaders, team managers, and business owners.
