Yes, mental health matters during Mental Health Awareness Month and World Mental Health Day. But…what about the rest of the year?
May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the U.S., a time dedicated to fostering conversations about mental health especially at work. Building on this momentum, join us on May 30th for "Why Mental Health is a Critical Business Conversation All Year Round." This one-hour session features Melissa Doman, MA—Organizational Psychologist, former Mental Health Therapist, and Author of 'Yes, You Can Talk About Mental Health at Work (Here’s Why and How To Do It Really Well).' Hosted by Culture First Community Manager, Jessie Jacob, this fireside chat underscores the importance of maintaining mental health conversations throughout the entire year.
Melissa will share her expert insights on how organizations can authentically and sustainably integrate these crucial conversations into their culture. Whether you are a leader seeking to create a supportive environment, or an HR professional looking to implement effective strategies, this session will provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to keep mental health at the forefront of business practices year-round.
Following the interview, a live Q&A session will allow you to ask Melissa questions in real-time. Don’t hesitate to engage—your questions are vital and could provide essential insights for your fellow Culture First Community members.
Lastly, this session will be recorded, but only shared out with registrants for this event.
