About this event

Join the Madison Culture First Chapter Community for an evening of meaningful connection and conversation focused on psychological safety in the workplace.

๐Ÿ“… Thursday, November 6
๐Ÿ•” 5:00โ€“7:00 PM
๐Ÿ“ Location: An amazing location in the Madison area - TBD
๐Ÿฅค Light refreshments provided
Free to attend, registration required to help us plan accordingly

Weโ€™ll kick things off with a fun, story-driven card game created by renowned psychotherapist Esther Perel in partnership with Culture Amp. Where Should We Begin? At Work uses 100 thoughtful, safe-for-work prompts to spark curiosity, strengthen relationships, and foster trustโ€”one story at a time.

After the game, weโ€™ll dive into an engaging group discussion:

  • What is psychological safety?

  • How can we measure and influence it?

  • What role do leaders play in cultivating it?

  • And most importantly, how have you experienced it (or not) in your work?

This is a warm, open space to connect, learn, and share stories that shape healthier, more human workplaces.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Save the date and stay tuned for location details. We canโ€™t wait to see you there!

๐Ÿค Community Giving Opportunity:
We invite you to bring a non-perishable food item to the event. All donations will go to a local food pantry to support our broader community.
