About your host - Theresa Fesinstine

When it comes to the intersection of People, Culture, and AI, few are as deeply engaged as I am. As the founder of Culture Markers and peoplepower.ai, my life's work is about empowering HR leaders to understand and implement AI tools effectively, while fostering vibrant cultures that encourage collaboration and innovation.

Having amassed over 25 years of HR leadership experience across diverse organizations of varying sizes and industries, I have a comprehensive understanding of how organizational dynamics evolve. My work focuses on equipping HR leaders to leverage emerging technologies like artificial intelligence effectively. This deep expertise enables me to provide practical strategies for creating more inclusive, innovative, and efficient workplaces.

I am driven by the belief that culture isn’t just an HR “thing,” it's an everyone "thing"— a powerful force that can either connect us or keep us apart. Leveraging my certifications and ongoing studies in AI, culture, and organizational design, I offer you not just theories but practical tools, validated by evidence and experience, to make a meaningful impact.

During this session, you will have access to a wealth of insights, backed by research and real-world application, aimed at advancing your understanding of how AI can serve your culture-first initiatives.

So, let's talk about how we can co-create a future that’s not just automated, but also deeply human.
