For this book club experience, we'll be discussing Inclusion on Purpose: An Intersectional Approach to Creating a Culture of Belonging at Work by Ruchika Tulshyan. Ruchika covers diversity and leadership for Forbes. She is a passionate advocate and speaker for amplifying the voices of women in the workplace.
Tulshyan shows that using an intersectional approach creates inclusion policies that benefit all. She dispels the myth of the "level playing field" and outlines how individual players, leaders, and organizations can use their privilege to positively impact the workplace by identifying and exposing bias.
