About this event

Join Culture First Milwaukee for an intentional pause—an opportunity to recharge through mindful movement, reflection, and breathwork. This heart-opening practice is designed to help you reconnect with your inner resilience, quiet the inner critic, and foster the self-compassion that fuels sustainable performance and authentic connection at work.

Workplace wellbeing starts with how we treat ourselves. Kaitlin Henze, Certified Yoga Instructor, Compassion Resilience Coach, Mindfulness Guide, and Culture First Milwaukee member, will guide us through gentle, yet empowering yoga poses that ease tension in the body and mind, followed by guided journaling and breathwork to support emotional clarity and calm. As we cultivate self-kindness, we’ll explore how this practice can positively ripple into our professional lives—enhancing focus, empathy, and our ability to navigate stress with grace.

No yoga experience is needed— come with an open heart, a willingness to reflect, and if possible, a yoga mat or beach towel. Please note that we’ll hold this session outside if weather permits and there is an indoor backup if needed.

After class, we’ll gather for snacks, drinks, and a chance to connect in conversation about what wellbeing really looks like at work. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and equipped with tools to bring compassion and balance into your daily rhythm.
