We are so excited to come together as we have some news to share with the group and host what we believe to be a fun and energizing social activity for the afternoon - so come prepared to connect, socialize, and talk culture!

To provide a bit of a "teaser" for the discussion, we wanted to bring up a piece of the employee experience that organizations rarely talk about - the departure phase and when people leave a company. 

With the number of people leaving organizations and moving to different companies, we wanted to discuss the topic of leaving and the impact that has on the organization's culture. There are a lot of directions this conversation can go, but I often wonder if there is a better way an organization can handle this situation they inevitably have to face. 

I'm sure you have your own experience with leaving a company or having team members leave in the past so we would love to openly talk about this with all of you!
