Moving from ___ to ACTION

Sep 25, 2020, 1:00 – 2:30 PM (UTC)

Milwaukee

Join four, seasoned organizational and culture practitioners as we discuss: How can we acknowledge, understand, and work through our personal reactions and feelings around the events of today? How do we move through and learn from our reactions, to action and impact?

About this event

There’s a renewed sense of urgency and thirst for action related to the systemic, societal, and organizational discrimination and inequity. Exhaustion, confusion, anger...they’re all normal feelings for those living and working to make a positive difference.

But, to be an impactful ally and support the causes we believe in, we must allow ourselves to sit with, and work through, those feelings until we’re ready. Only then can we take the right action and create the impact we desire.
