Join us for this 90 minute, interactive workshop
Since before COVID hit, resilience has been a buzzword within organizations. But with the current state of employee mental health and needed support from employers, has resilience had its day? In this training, we'll separate resilience fact from fiction and help you determine if you (and your organization) should help build the skill of resilience or focus elsewhere.
We'll cover what resilience is, what it's not, and explore if (and when) your workplace needs it.
This will be a workshop-style delivery with interaction from those attending. Please be prepared to connect, share your experiences, and contribute to the conversation.
