About this event

"You can't pour from an empty cup." - Anonymous

During these unprecedented times, the call for action and to evolve our cultures/communities is justifiably loud. But, what happens in your "off moments?" Your "bad days?" Your "difficult seasons?"

It's important to learn to identify your emotions, allow yourself space to process them in healthy ways.

Come discuss increasing your understanding and to share tools/techniques to care for your community and yourself.
