About this event

Dear Milwaukee Culture Champion,

Are you a leader of your own life who seeks soul nourishment in a world often filled with distractions and disconnection? The fast pace of life, societal pressures, and constant negative information can make it difficult to foster meaningful connections with ourselves and others. To invite new ways of being and breathing, we're excited to invite you to "Bring Your Heart-Centered C.E.O.™: Build Intentional Culture and Connection," a transformative 45-minute journey to connect, clear, transform, and liberate your heart through breath and body intelligence.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding exercises to help you connect with your roots and values
  • Insights into the energy exchanges that shape workplace culture
  • Collaborative activities to visualize and create a joyful, expansive work environment
  • Practical strategies to bring these principles to life in your daily work

This will be an outdoor event, meeting in the parking lot at the Urban Ecology Center. If the weather is inclement, we will gather inside the UEC.

Why Attend?

In a world where loneliness and mental well-being challenges are ever-present, this session provides actionable tools and experiential activities to foster community and belonging. Join us to co-create a culture that embraces authentic connection, nurtures mental well-being, and empowers you as a heart-centered leader.

Keep an eye out for another email closer to the event that will include the waiver and suggested items to bring along.
