The team at The Commons will walk us through some of their coaching models designed to quickly prompt critical thinking, inspire the growth mindset, motivate towards action, and facilitate network-building. After a brief practice round, we’ll flip the room and get a chance to share our own tips and techniques for bringing out the best in those around us.
